I'm a valuable customer from Tropical Chevrolet and I came in looking for an oil change. Fidel greeted me, took care of me, and exceeded my expectations. Also, Fidel recommended that I purchase a new AC delco battery, in order to avoid stalling problems. Fidel even went above and beyond by talking to my credit card agent, offering credit solutions, and assisted me through the process. I'm extremely satisfied with Fidel's excellent customer service and I will be going back to this dealership for future needs. Thank you Fidel!
