Confirmed Service Customer
The worst experience ever. 42 days in service. Service managers watching videos and laughing instead assist customers. Service manager took more than 45 minutes to get the loaner paperwork done, to busy watching funny videos on computer. Service advisor took 35 days since I dropped off the car to give an update. Autonation of coral gables no more. Any other dealer will provide with a better service. From 0 to 10, I'll give ZERO.
