Very disappointed with the dealer Danny. We purchased our Tahoe in early January. Upon the car returned from installing the leather seats the mats were missing. Then started the novel. Several contacts with Danny: everytime he asked to call back shortly never returning our calls, several SMS sent but no solution, he even told my wife he had already sent the mats (not true) and lately another call when he said I would get a return shortly and nothing happened. The problem was solved when my wife went to the dealer this week for the warranty services and complained to the dealers manager - who instructed Danny to get our mats. Danny is not a distracted person, he has focus and interest when wants to sell but showed lack of transparency and care about clients that have already paid for the car. You may call me or ask for the images of the SMS if you think it may be useful to discuss the matter with Danny.
